The region of Nueva Segovia is located on Nicaragua's Northern border with Honduras. In recent years it's distinguished itself for producing some of the countries best coffees with great success in the COE competitions. This community lot is a combination of multiple producers prepared by Beneficio Las Segovias and owner/manager Luis Alberto Balladarez. Luis Alberto owns farms Un Regalo de Díos, La Esperanza and La Bendición. Other producers they work with are Luis Joaquin Lovo and his brother David Ariel, together they own La Pradera, Bella Aurora and Santa Teresa. Also, Mario Vilchez, who owns farms La Excelencia, Santa Gema, La Escondida and La Santísima.
ROASTING SCHEDULE
Our deadline for weekly orders is every Tuesday at 10am. This allows us to build an efficient roast schedule and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Any orders received after 10am Tuesdays will be processed if current stock allows, otherwise roasted and shipped the following week.
Our current roast days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
