Return Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with impeccable service, the highest quality goods, and delicious coffee. We want you to be happy with your No6 Coffee Co. experience, so we strive to make sure our return policies reflect that.

Fresh Roasted Coffee - Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry—we're here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at orders@no6coffee.co within 15 days of delivery date. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee, we will be happy to help you find your soon-to-be favorites.

Goods & Equipment - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. It's easy—just email us at orders@no6coffee.co.

Return Window - 15 days from delivery date.

Return Method - Returns will be accept by mail or in-store.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in new condition.

Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee may apply.

Return Reason and Fees: For returns due to customer remorse, the restocking fee applies. For defective items, no fee will be charged.
