Why We’re Pausing U.S. Shipping

Recent changes to US tariffs and customs rules have made cross‑border shipping unpredictable and costly for both sellers and customers. As a result, we’ve decided to pause all shipping to the U.S. until the situation is resolved.

What this means for you:
Orders from US addresses will not be accepted at this time.

This pause is temporary, we’re monitoring the situation and will resume US shipping when it’s suitable again.

If you’ve already placed a US order that has not yet shipped, we’ll contact you directly with a resolution.

Why we made this decision:
Tariff changes now require more paperwork, customs fees, and brokerage charges than ever before. These changes are unpredictable and often fall to customers unexpectedly. We want to avoid situations where orders are delayed or held in customs, and where extra charges create frustration for our customers.
