We are very excited to have this coffee back on our menu. This coffee was introduced to us by a dear friend and has always been a standout, approachable coffee. It is a clean, sweet and very slightly herbal coffee that is likely to satisfy any palate. Enjoy it black or with cream, and also works well as a single origin espresso.
KULAKTIK COOPERATIVE
Over 150 members of smallholder coffee growers in the Central Highlands of Chiapas grow, harvest and process their own coffee to be delivered to the Kulaktik Cooperative for grading and export. Every producer grows their coffee organically and the cooperative holds USDA Organic certification. Most members are of the indigenous Mayan Tzeltal culture and speak the native Tzeltal language. The Tzeltal word “Kulaktik” means “vine.”

Our weekly ordering cutoff is Tuesday at 9am. All orders placed before this time will be roasted, packaged and shipped by Wednesday. All orders received after this time are subject to shipping the following week depending on overflow.
