We're on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team for a minimum of 2 days a week (Wednesday/Thursday), with the potential for a third day (Tuesday). Position Overview
As a valued member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately bagging coffee and processing online and wholesale orders.
- Inventory Management: Stocking retail shelves and maintaining organized displays.
- Customer Engagement: Working the tasting bar, guiding customers through our offerings, and sharing your growing coffee knowledge.
- Maintenance: Keeping the roastery and tasting bar clean and organized.
- Team Support: Assisting in various tasks to ensure the overall efficiency of our operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Previous roles in customer service, retail, or food and beverage settings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability: Primarily available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with potential for additional days as needed.
